For Christmas I got a giant tower of Ferrero Rocher, so I was completely inspired to create a Birthday cake for my bestie.
I wouldn’t know where to start when it comes to cake. I found this recipe over at momsdish.com and thought I’d try it out.
I used a bundt cake pan, but in hindsight I’d recommend you to NOT USE A BUNDT PAN because it was hella hard to slice the cake into layers. The cream doubled as a super glue and held everything together (thank you Jesus!), and I used the cream and hazelnuts to hide all the flaws! Work with what you got!
