Pizza my life – amirite?!
Instead of boring you with the HIGHLY FASCINATING going-ons in my life let’s jump right into the recipe!
– 2 cups flour
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/3 cup oil
– 3/4 cup milk (of choice – I prefer coconut milk)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all the ingredients until dough forms.
Place dough on floured surface and roll out. Just over halfway up the pizza dough cut vertically heading down creating strips (see photos below).
Braid your strips – braiding tutorial not included! Fill the top half with choice ingredients leaving some dough free so you can fold it over and seal the fillings.
Start at the top and roll all the way down until braids are nicely wrapped around your pizza satchel. I folded mine into a horseshoe shape, but you have the ability and freedom to do whatever you want!
Bake for 25-30 mins – or until golden 😉
Let cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve!
