Birthday Cake Fudge

One of the easiest and laziest recipes you’ll ever need for those last minute parties you don’t really want to go to, but are expected to bring something to.
There’s something amateur and nostalgic about using a cake mix. Luckily most of us keep a box in the pantry just in case we ever need it for an emergency, like a zombie apocalypse (amiright?!).
Since Valentines Day is around the corner I opted for a mix with vanilla cake and red sprinkles, but when I swirled the batter the colours ran and I was left with pink fudge. NOT COMPLAINING!

Birthday Cake Fudge

– 2 cups and 2 tbsp birthday cake mix
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup butter
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

SO EASY REMEMBER!
Add all the ingredients, minus the white chocolate, into a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Take out and mix just until everything is combined. Add the chocolate chips (don’t stir too much) and place into a greased 8×8 pan. Let fudge set in the fridge for a couple of hours before eating!
